CAREER GUIDANCE FOR DIPLOMA STUDENTS
The department provides continuous career guidance and training programs to diploma students to prepare them for higher education and successful career opportunities. Students are guided to identify their career goals and develop the necessary technical and professional skills required for future growth.
Special training programs are conducted for students preparing for the Engineering Common Entrance Test (ECET) to help them pursue higher education opportunities such as B.Tech through lateral entry. Faculty members provide academic support, subject-wise guidance, practice sessions, and regular assessments to improve student performance.
The department also organizes Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) programs to enhance students’ employability skills. CRT training focuses on aptitude skills, logical reasoning, verbal ability, communication skills, technical interview preparation, resume building, and personality development required to succeed in recruitment drives.
Through career guidance activities, students are encouraged to participate in internships, workshops, industry interactions, and skill development programs to stay updated with current industry requirements and build successful professional careers.
